Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Heard about this from some mates in the fire brigade....

Now "service not self" leaps to mind... even if you don't bat for the other side :) That said some of these guys apparently protested on Religious grounds which is a fair one, however would we even think of asking our Jewish and Muslim brethren to hand out Bacon and sausages at a fete barbecue for example?

Whatever next... cautioning footballers for crossing themselves? :)

Why are there not riots in the streets over all this madness? Is it because we are British and try to behave properly?
    Well it's not working chaps.
These PC lunatics have well and truly taken over the asylum.
    Another day another angry Duck!

ROFLMAO what a great article, so what if they dont want to go and hang out a gay pride event. I dont for one minute think that any of those or any other fire fighter would not bother saving somes life just cause they batted for the otherside! Damm Pc plonkers, cant we send them somewhere else? like, Mars for instance.

  5. Controversial indeed!

Shall we organise a march and make placards saying 'We're straight, we're straight' and count the amount of homosexual firefighters attend to support then?

Makes me wonder why the fire brigade union haven't commented yet, theyre normally the first to jump on bandwagons - in ALL public sector services!
