has the time come for this fecking idiot to go :?: :?: :?: :?:

he still has the nucleus of the squad that pushed France/Italy/Ukraine only a couple of years ago BUT has managed ,in a short space of time, to turn Scotland into a laughing stock in football terms once again.

The time came after the Norway game. The SFA however have done their usual heads in the sand and fingers in the ears act (cf: Berti Vogts).

Well can anyone think of who they want to see in the job ? He started off badly but did show signs of improvement

He is ok at club level but the national role is a job to far.

Maybe Levein but I remember Jordan when he was Hearts manager . When we scored first he'd spend the rest of the game making sure the team closed up shop . And much of the team's tactics involved booting the ball upfield missing out the midfield . Jordan would be as bad as Herr Vogts

I think it'd be difficult to see an effective manager like Levein wanting the job however . It's a posion challice

lifted from BBC website ....

Scotland manager George Burley is not under pressure to quit following the defeat by Wales, the Scottish FA say.

Despite Saturday's bruising 3-0 friendly reverse in Cardiff, BBC Scotland has been told that Burley will remain as manager.

A senior SFA source told BBC Scotland: "There are no plans to have a meeting about George's position.

"We are disappointed at the result and we will have to reflect on it, but George is not under any pressure."
does this cnut have pictures of the SFA in compromising positions with children or animals :?: :x :?: :x

Perfect coach for the calibre of player he is coaching.
Fcuk orf they are not that good :D
Spot on JB. It is not all the Manager's fault, the players have the main load of blame to shoulder. They are shoite. They may play well in their club colours, but when it comes to wearing the Scotland jersey they switch off.

At the moment there is not a manager who could make a decent team from the Scotland squad, in my humble opinion 8)
