Schnelly Chicken

  1. After a discussion with similarly old 'uns at the week-end who were, like me, ignorant of the recipe for the rotisserie chicken from a schnelly I thought I'd bare my breast and ask for help here.

    So, does anyone know how they were (probably still are) marinated or prepared?
  2. Lots of Paprika if memory serves and then deep fried...Lovely!!!

    Slow Roasting, use salt, smoked paprika, pepper and some tumeric for the results you seek.

    I ssugest that you roast the chicken with the rub at 150 degrees for 1 hour then whack up to maximum to crisp up the skin for 20 mins (all for a bird that is about 0.5 kg).


    Don't forget straw fries with lots fo salt and normal paprika tossed gently to cover.
