Beware the undersized ejection port-the aim is probably to prevent fouling entering, but the problem is seeing into it, and getting into it to clear stoppages or unload.

This caused lots of bangety-bang type problems when the F88 Steyr was introduced into ADF service.Everyone was used to the nice big SLR port which could be cleared by touch in pitch blackness...enter the Steyr and hundreds of UD's.It got so bad that the Degrees of Weapon Readiness was changed to include removing the barrel(!) as part of the Unload/Inspect Weapons drill (would have been too bad if the barrel had been fixed)

People seem to have adjusted to it, and just as well-you can't just open up the receiver with your clasp knife!
