Sandhurst graduation.

Quick question. I was looking through some militatia the other day and came across a picture of the sovereign's parade at Sandhurst. There were personnel on the parade in No 1 dress, with the white collar tabs worn by officer cadets, but were also wearing the red sash over the right shoulder, usually worn by SNCO's. Can anyone tell me who these people are? I thought about posting in the officer's section but am only an AI in the ACF and didn't want to step on any toes, so I thought the best place to ask would be here.

The OCdts wearing sashes are escorts to the Sovereign's Banner (x4) and Escorts to the Colours (x3). Nothing to do with rank whatsoever.
