Rugby Union

Spent Saturday & Sunday on my Level 2 Coaching course. Plainly getting old, being a player while others coached the syndicates for about 4.5 hours on day 2 after a fair bit of running about on day 1 & I'm banjaxed today!

Interesting comments on England panicking above. As defined on the course, a skill is a technique performed correctly while under pressure. Perhaps more pressure needed during coaching...

Montpellier and Toulon - mmm, put in your swim togs

Done games at both and great places to visit
Toulon came as quite a surprise bearing in mind it's a Naval/Port city. Really nice place, friendly locals & the quay front restaurants near the stadium were a great place to spend the last day. We were outside in shirtsleeves then flew back into the UK on the last flight to make it back hame for several days when there was a massive dump of snow!
