The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Hi All,
Would anyone have a template of a route card for hill waking Or could give me some advice on what should be in one? Also would like to make a log book of the walks I have done, what sort of things should be in the log?
    Thank you

  2. Doing your MLT?

Havent got a route card handy, but think: LEG, WAYPOINT DESCRIPTION, BEARING, DISTANCE, APPROX TIME TO WAYPOINT.

    For a routecard:

DTG, ROLE WITHIN GROUP, WEATHER CONDITIONS, AREA COVERED (Map sheet no. etc), PEAKS VISITED ABOVE 500M, TIME OF JOURNEY, OVERNIGHT STAY Y/N?

Should keep you right Been 4 years since I did mine in Anglesey.
