Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. I need help from all you watch collectors. A mate of mine has a Rhone watch it has the incabloc shock resistant feature & serial No R175 77 R 5882. Where can I get details of this manuracturer and repairers as it needs a replacement glass but other wise is in working order . I belive it is gold so will have some value.
  2. If you go to a local (independent) jeweller who does watch repairs they should be able to service the watch and probably supply a replacement crystal (glass) there an then. The more traditional the shop the better.

Replacement crystal would be between £5 and £10.

High street jewellers are not interested in old watches.
