  1. New to me, and I am delighted that my RMAS report didn't get to the CO's in-tray...

    From MS Newsletter:

RMAS Reports. From the Dec 11 Commissioning Course, end of course reports will be raised for all cadets on leaving RMAS. The report will indicate strengths and areas for development of commissioning cadets for the Chain of Command to develop thereafter. On commissioning, RMAS will send the reports to the APC for placement within individual P-Files but not AR books. Copies of the report will also be sent to the relevant Phase 2 training establishment and also to the Commanding Officers of the officers concerned. This approach will establish the necessary initial information at the APC in order to better manage career progression from RMAS onwards.
