I think the best looking one is 150 Regt, and some of the others are still under construction, but at least there is a link.
    Quite a few units missing.

More websites needed. See your CO's and get constructing.

  2. Why......why would you say that! The last thing Subbies / WOs and SNCOs need to be doing is writing submissions because COs think they aren't going to get their full Colonel unless they have an all singing all dancing website.

The closest I'll ever come to Colonel is the NAAFI.

However, trying to raise the profile of the Corps or getting a bit of inter unit rivalry never hurts.

  5. ..........or KFC!

  6. You can add 102 Logistic Brigade (and sub-units) to the list

A number of other units (including 3 Regt and 4 Regt) have fallen foul of the "it must be on www.army.mod.uk" directive - there used to be a number of sites on www.army-rlc.co.uk although that now redirects to the "official" site

  7. According to the Bde "structure," 102 belongs to theater Tps!

  8. 11 Regt is also in the process of building a site :D . It is currently in (functional) draft form awaiting comment & approval from RHQ :? .

For those people based in Didcot it can be found on the Public Drive (post delamination) under the Media Resources folder. Any comments on style or content are welcomed and should be passed to the Media Resources dept. Spk to T or C.

Unless it has been transferred recently, it is not yet available on the WWW nor by linking through RLC Regts pages.

I'm sure the 11 Regt page has been under construction for the last 3 years.

With it's media resources it should be an all singing all dancing type of a thing. Must admit I think only saw BFTW once in the 3 years I was posted to 11 Regt, and that was because I had to pop into Didders. Think I was too far north.

  10. Well he is almost dead! I believe his post is being advertised soon. :)

  11. OOPS!

    From ArmyNET:

DCI 67-04 Deadline has now passed

The deadline for all Corps and Regiments to conform to DCI 67-04 has now passed. All Army websites that are not mod.uk domains (i.e .co.uk, .com, .org etc), must be closed down, or homepages redirected to their official Website on www.army.mod.uk. LANDSO 2008 and JSP 440 will now being enforced by the Chain of Command. Unit Commanders will be held personally responsible for ignoring to carry out this policy.
