Rifle Regiments & Masonic lodges go together

Many Regiments and Units have close links to masonic lodges the lifestyle and morals of a Rifleman sits well with the masonic code. Some with a history as long as the regiment itself.

The support structure of the lodges and the charities they support can have a great positive effect on the guys who serve, retire or are injured.

Anyone interested feel free to drop us a line.

And Lodges can corrupt too.

Certain London unit was riven with a Lodge and it was unpleasant to say the least.

The usual suspects will be along to tell you how masonry is corrupt or run by the illuminati (damn you autocorrect), or they'll ask you if you'll build them a new wall, and all the usual Horlicks from people who don't know what they're talking about.

Stand by for incoming.

Not to mention the secret nipple shakes and tickled palms....

George Washington was a Freemason. When his troops captured the baggage train of an English regiment they found the Regimental Lodge paraphernalia. He arranged for it to be returned to the regiment under a flag of truce.

That really rather depends on which Rifleman you are talking about. Some of my brothers have habits with which you might not wish to be associated.

I was going to say, as a former rifleman you might want to be careful what you wish for given some of the creatures I know!
