RFI - Canadian rank ettiquette question, any Canucks in?

  1. Just a quick one, although possibly a long shot. What would an officer call a Canadian Master Warrant Officer at the start of an Email?

    Sgt Major <second name>?

    Answers on a postcard please.

  4. MWOs are generally initially addressed as "Master Warrant Officer Labatt", or "Sergeant-Major Labatt" (if they hold that appointment), and thereafter as "Sir" or "Ma'am".
