Remembrance Parades

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. I'm newish to the forum and so apologies if this has been asked or discussed before.

Its a plea to ask all ARRSE'ers to join their local remembrance parade next Sunday.

Each year the old boys from WWII and Korea get fewer and fewer and many parades are now passing into history.

If you've served please attend your local one.

Not only will you be welcomed by the RBL etc - whatever your service history or time done (Reg, TA, Nat Svce etc) - but, more importantly, together we can keep a tradition going, meaning those who lost their lives, or have since gone to their final posting, are remembered for another 40, 50, 60 years.
  2. We already do. Read the forums. Most of us are RBL members and/or serving.
  3. Sorry Bossdog didn't mean to be a numpty, just thought it was worth asking. Endex I guess.
