Anyone got a spare TMH?

Courts Martials are unfair and brutal - anybody up for a reduction by almost half after CMAC?

I wonder if the Cnut ever wondered wher the "spare parts" would end up?

Mong is right....i dunno, i ordered a grenade launcher from him on e bay 2 weeks ago, no reply to e mails, luckily i paid by pay pal, a strongly worded e mail has gone to them and negative feed back for this guy

**** me the slivo has kicked in early - JOURNO ALERT :D

Or is our helathy eating friend at Post No 1 genuinely interested :?:

I was wondering how long the Journo accusation would take as it was my first post

I was suprised that this report from the Sun hadn't been posted previously and am genuinely interested in this.

As for Courts Martial being brutal - not sure if thats a Wah! Although I'm sure he will appeal against the sentence, I don't think he should get anywhere.

Deserves all he's got as far as I'm concerned.

It took a clerk to bubble him though......

No self respecting man would get caught by a Clerk.

You think you've got problems. I ordered an MBT! (In bits, obviously. Don't want to break the law... )

15 years for £14,000 worth of bits.

Contrast and compare to

http://www.arrse.co.uk/cpgn2/Forums/viewtopic/t=107566.html

27 months for killing someone.

Justice?

No sympathy for the tw@ but the difference is stunning.

Justs shows where the systems priorities are, don't steal money from the Government (unless of course you have the right name and title).

Then perhaps he had no self respect :?

And how did that clerk get ebay on their IGS account? If I could there'd be no work done!

Nonetheless, he seems to have been caught red-handed and is now laying in a cell dreaming of how wisely he spent the £14K - muppet!!

I think the RMP/MoD plod regularly check E-bay for things like this case and and radio's etc plus what was stopping someone noticing it at home. £14K that'll amount to £25 per week. Serves the throbber right

Sorry, I know what he did was stupid and he deserves a stretch and loss of pension, but 15 years, when compared to other convictions is unduly harsh. If rapists and kiddy fiddlers got more then fair enough, but 15 years is far too long.

Steven,

This geezer seems to have set himself up as a firearms dealer and was apparently selling parts to walts all over the world who could have been attempting to make their own automatic weapons.

To my knowledge firearms offences carry a statutory 5 years and he abused his position etc etc.

Agreed 15 yrs does seem harsh but he must have known what he was doing.
