  2. Have you done your remedial training for mover?

Not too taxing, just get a childs bike wheel (preferably the front wheel - less dirty) and staple it to your am. After a week - if you still like the look, then you've passed.

    :D

    Hi Aston.

You could try by NOT SHOUTING IN YOUR POST TITLE.

    Thanks.

  4. It appears you've answered part of your own question with your thread title. The RCMO is the first port of call to start the ball rolling. After an interview with him he will make your intentions known to an officer (Maj or above) of your chosen trade, and an interview with him will be arranged. If you make a positive impression, he may arrange a work placement of 2-3 weeks within his AOR to assess your character, ability to learn, and enthusiasm for the job. Make sure you know the reasons you're transferring for, if you're sure then just go for it. I'm not too sure which trades are crying out for people (Pinch Point trades) but I do know that their is a bonus of £1500 to be had if you are eligible. Speak to your Chief Clerk for more info.
