Hi just started running and i can't run longer then 8 to 10 minutes at a slow pace thats when im proper blowing its embarrassing eventually i want to get to run 2km under 10 minutes and 15 seconds for the assessment

How many days a week should i be running?

How to run without stopping for longer then 8-10 minutes

How to run 2km under 10min 15 secs also how long will it take a beginner like me to reach that goal

Once you can do the 5k, try intervals to get faster. It's all been written here already though, try searching this forum for more detailed tips.

Just bang off what you can do.... next day just bang off a bit more..... you will surprise yourself one day!
