Beats me why people feel the need to give him the answers when we already gave him the link to the page with the answers on it and he could have done the work for himself!

OP - make an effort and look it up on the pages we gave you!

Thank you very much does anyone understand this question and this is my last one what is the smallest graduation in mils on a protracter, lightweight compass and prismatic compass?

I did look page you gave me and did help but like said Iam struggling to understand it and the wording of a few things that's allall
 
"the smallest graduation" means the smallest "bit" of measurement that the protractor / compass is divided into.

So if you were being asked the question in degrees (instead of mils) the answer for a protractor like this one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protractor#mediaviewer/File:Protractor_Rapporteur_Degrees_V3.jpg would be one degree.

Now go and LOOK at the three items you are being asked about - either the actual items themselves if you have access to them or pictures on the Internet and work it out!
