re-joining fitness advice please

  1. hello peeps,
    Im currentley in the process of re-joining the infantry, ive been out 2 years and am looking for some advice on how best to approach getting fit again.
    Ive got around 2-3 months according to the acio, this is what im doing at the moment
    MONDAY
    Run 25mins followed by 3 sets 10 reps press ups, 3 sets 20 crunches followed by dumbell excercise such as curls and shoulder press

    TUESDAY
    Repeat MONDAY

    WEDNESDAY
    Fartlek training over 2miles using lamp posts as markers, repeat press ups etc

    THURSDAY
    Repeat MONDAY/TUESDAY

    FRIDAY
    Press up, crunches etc

    SATURDAY/SUNDAY
    Rest
    Every week after this I will add on 5mins to the run and 1 set of excercises


    So do you fitness gurus think this will be enough or do i need to do more?
    any help would be good
