Rambo IV

#1
Searched and couldn't find a thread, so thought I'd start one.

Being a lover of cheesy war-porn, I bought the Rambo box set (mainly because I wanted the new Rambo film and hadn't seen it yet.)

Just watched it and thought that it was brilliant. Better than FB:p2 and Rambo III. Sure, its unrealistic but who cares when you have scenes like that big battle at the end with Rambo shredding all and sundry with a .50!

Also appreciated the (rather obvious) nod to the beginning of First Blood in the closing sequence.

Agreed. Rambo IV, while unrealistic, has big time entertainment value IMHO. On a par with First Blood for me. Loved the tall boy bomb too. :)

He also demonstrated the ancient British unarmed combat technique of the headbutt very well.
