RAF Regiment " arduous course" or not ?

Can anyone set out what the RAF regiment recruit or pre Para course consists of exactly, what are the events, weights carried and timings, is there a test week or P coy like final test ?

In basic, they do a AFT followed by an ACMT, only the AFT is three miles shorter than the one the AGC, RLC and RAMC do.

Their Pre Para is just like P Coy, only with all of the actual tests removed.

Seriously, it was a lick out... I got 3.6 miles into the death yomp, then twisted my ankle when we moved off the peri-track onto the course cut ulu (damn you ATC). At least I didn’t have to wear putties, or carry the concrete 66 of death.
