Raf gunner fitness requirements?

Depends on what stage you are looking at.

Risk reduction run IIRC is in the region of 13mins

Then PFT is 10:30 upto 30 years of age the it changes with each milestone.

you should reall be working sub 10:30.

Its alright im under 10 mins just wanted know requirements.
not getting hopes up appealing army permanent deferment on medical grounds so if no joy will chance it was raf

Luck indeed is needed however i have read a few times people not passing army medical but passing raf or navy. It is a gamble but ive not actually got any medical condition had swollen ankles and knees a year ago so was diagnosed with arthiritis nothing else came of it so its trying get specialist confirm its not arthiritis which is main issue.

Why do people ask here about joining questions, which if they have not joined they are entitled to ask the relevant recruiting team?

Quite a different matter if they're asking for hints and tips.
