Oops came across non raf sites before so this is correct unlike armys run times i take it
In what sense?
Army website has times like 12.5 mins for infantry but you really need under 10.5 for 1.5 mile
Depends on what stage you are looking at.
Risk reduction run IIRC is in the region of 13mins
Then PFT is 10:30 upto 30 years of age the it changes with each milestone.
you should reall be working sub 10:30.
if I join the reserves at 43 can I get the bus?
At that age you actually get a runner
As one of the big three, you'll need to be fackin nails.
