Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Having trouble finding entry requirments for fitness if anyone can help

  2. Try the RAF. They've got a system of offices up and down the land loaded with blokes who can lay their hands on pamphlets and other stuff, and probably a web-presence too. Or ask on here; Military Aircrew - PPRuNe Forums

  5. Oops came across non raf sites before so this is correct unlike armys run times i take it
  6. In what sense?
  7. Army website has times like 12.5 mins for infantry but you really need under 10.5 for 1.5 mile
  8. Depends on what stage you are looking at.

Risk reduction run IIRC is in the region of 13mins

Then PFT is 10:30 upto 30 years of age the it changes with each milestone.

you should reall be working sub 10:30.
