My amazed congratulations to our sister service for turning out AT A WEEKEND to rehearse the fly-past for HM's Jubilee.

Folks up on the Trundle at Goodwood saw quite a show but from Hayling beach all there was to see were two Hercs grinding around in circles for an hour and a half but I enjoyed helping to pay for their fuel.
  2. Damn!!
The one week I'm away and I miss the RAF's finest doing their primary mission..... Formation grandstanding.
  3. Almost as good as RNAS Culdrose working after 1200 on a Friday to greet the Olympic cigarette lighter.
