Raf aux regiment fitness test

You need to complete that RAF fitness test, dependent on age but you shouldbe looking at 9.10 on the bleep test, 25 press ups and 35 sit ups in a minute each.

The Regt specific part is known as ROFA. 35kg march 5k march to be completed in 50mins attempt 10k to becompleted in 1hr 40 (though if you mobilise expect to do the 10k in sub 1hr 30)

Day 2 of ROFA is a 1.6 mile speed march with 24kg to be completed in 17mins, attempt at 3.2 mile.

Also a 100m jerry can carry, and 100m drag of a 75kg dummy.

Be aware these should be seen as a basic level of fitness.

I misread the thread title as being 'RAF faux regiment'. The mistake is all mine of course.
