RA stable belt

  1. this may have been covered before, if so i apologise.

    anyway i was wondering why the RA stable belt has the yellow band seperating the Red and Blue.

    i've heard all the usual crap from other cadets about it representing cowardice and all that, which is bull$hit i know.

    does the yellow represent anything or is it just for show?
    can anyone enlighten me

  3. I'll simplify it

    RA uniforms were traditionally Blue with Red facing and yellow piping, hence the three colours, yes boring I know, I'm sure yellow streaks and cowardice is much better to talk about.
