R.I.P. Bomber Brown

  1. sad news this morning that Corps football legend Bomber Brown passed away in his sleep this morning after losing his battle against Leukemia.

    never played in the same team as him but played against him enough when i was around the corner in hameln at 35, sad day.

    R.I.P.

    condolences & thoughts go out to his family.

  3. Sad day and a great loss, I cant play football to save my life but got to know him well when I was at 28.

    Had many a running battle with Bomber on the pitch (and in the bar after), great player, top bloke.

    RIP mate, a very sad day :(

  7. I met Bomber in 1985 when he took me under his wing playing at Gib & for the Corp.

    Definately one of the most talented football players I had played with or against.

    Always up for an arguement, but that was Bomber.

    Last played against him about 10 years ago in a Sapper Cup Final, he tore us apart.

    My thoughts are with his family.
