PTIs and Coaching

Are PTI's able to offer advice/coaching on running technique as I'm sure if I run in a smooth fluid manner run my times may reduce. I say this, as over the years I've noticed my technique change in that I do not lift my feet as much and have developed more of a plodding technique which is ok for longer distances but not a PFT type distance.

By the way I'm not a fat knacker:)
How do you drown a PTI...............................

Dont know about PTIs but a good running coach will certainly help you on this topic. Having an efficient stride makes a big difference to your performance and can be taught by an experienced runner... seek help and watch the times drop.
