Im doing some research into development in Afghanistan and was wondering if anyone had any specific information on PRT's, i know that the idea came from a british officer (not sure who?), there seems to be a bit of info with regards to prt's in other areas of afghan however im particularly interested in helmand. If anyone can point me in the direction of some information it would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
