  1. Hi folks,

Have just joined the forum to put the word out about Project Mobility. The aim is to rebuild/convert Land Rovers for the use of injured servicemen and their families, for holidays, w'ends away etc. Talks are proceding with the MoD for vehicle requirements to ensure amputee servicemen/women can remain at work. Sir Ranulf Fiennes has given his blessing and 1 build has already taken place for a double amputee guardsman with another taking place next month. These vehicles are built through the generosity of the Land Rover community, many of whom are ex and serving members. I would ask that you visit the site to obtain more info, whats 10 minutes from your life? I realise that there are dozens of charities doing their bit, but make up your own mind if you feel its worthy.
Apologies to the forum mods if I've posted this without their permission etc, feel free to pm me for more info or look at the sight and decide for yourselves.
