    * Strong team player with capabilities working with globally distributed teams.
    * Problem solving capabilities with ability to identify root cause, patience and commitment to solve.
    * Ability to handle escalations and follow-up to resolve issues.
    * Desired : Fluency in German.
    * Desired : Investment/corporate banking domain knowledge.
    * Prior experience of working with Indian software company and offshoring models is preferable.

    Job Specification :
    * Work with Program managers on project planning, maintain project plans, track project progress, document status reports, and presentations.
    * Plan on-site tasks for software releases and support the implementation phases; review with the Program manager / location manager and maintain the plan.
    * Understand the process frameworks, coordinate and manage on-site resources to follow the processes and meet project objectives; ensure process adherence and quality of documents from the global delivery teams.
    * Understand the dependencies and identify tasks so that the project tasks can be completed successfully.
    * Coordinate with client teams to follow-up and manage smooth execution of project tasks.
    * Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    * Follow the escalation frameworks to communicate and resolve issues .
    * Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at the client location to provide status updates, coordinate project activities and maintain communication frameworks between the stakeholders and the global delivery teams.
    * Act as the on-site contact on Production support processes for issue identification and determination; communicate to global delivery teams on issue follow-ups, escalations and resolution.
    * Coordinate with client application portfolio manager on project status updates, invoicing of services from global delivery teams.
    * Work with Business development manager to identify business opportunities, review and understand client queries, assist pre-sales in responding to client queries.
    * Work with the client stakeholder groups to understand the needs and interests and ensure customer satisfaction.
