Problem with upper body when running

  1. When i was younger i used to be very very fast. But since getting into weight training ive developed a very broad muscular upper body. Now im finding i can only really jog when trying to run and running distance is poor. Has anybody experienced this? and if so give me tips how to improve my running in speed and distance.
