Printer Password

  1. Is it possible to put a password onto a printer itself?

    I have a stand alone printer, not connected to any network, usually plugged into a desktop. However, people keep plugging their own cable in and printing stuff.

  4. Or just remove the paper. Nobody would dream of filling it up.

    The message will get around - "Don't use that printer - there's no paper in it."

  6. put a german plug on it, then use a 2-3 plug adaptor, when not in use remove adaptor and presto
