Because he's never lost days off his R&R because the planes weren't flying (and, yes, I know you get them added to POTL nowadays ...) Most of the people, excepting the movers, are great. One of the reasons they have to work so hard is 'cause the kit is crap.

Oh come on Dan you're being unfair. Why, in this article from just 3 months ago David Cameron said:

The first priority of the Government is the defence of the realm.
That's why he's cut international aid so he can increase defence spending. Oh hang on, I may have got a bit mixed up here....
