Press Ups Chin Ups and Sit Up Styles

  1. Can anyone post something to show you all the different styles of doing this and what muscles are worked on while doing them. I got a sheet telling me the chin ups but I cant find it 8O
     
  2. If you can't be bothered to look for yourself you probably won't be bothered to do them. Google it
     
  3. Umm overgrip and undergrip chin ups.

    Overgrips are tougher, basically undergrips mainly work on your bisceps while overgrips work more on the backs of your arms and forearms.

    Press ups..

    just do wide arm and shoulder width apart.. and they work on.. your arms? lol
