There's been a FIBUA at Whinny Hill for as long as I can remember. An old MSQ patch, as I recall. Have they just jazzed it up a bit?

Scorpion/Staxx/Walkerville, all the same beast. Title dependent on your era @ Catterick. For those of younger years, Lidl is now the name of the game. 2013, when the building as we knew it was demolished, those bricks could have reaped a fortune as mementos to former patrons.

Is that just for disabled access ramps into existing FIBUA buildings? Only asking as the Eastenders set rebuild has so far cost £87,000,000 and that is for one 1930s square which is partially one wall facade.

It's hard to believe, but it was quite a posh place in its day, when it was still an actual hotel. It was always an ugly brute of a building, though. Painting it pink didn't make it look any less like a Cold War bunker.
