Lets hope they're better at making this work than they are at decommissioning nuclear submarines. Anyone can make pledges it's delivary that matters. When some kit turns up a year ahead of schdule and 10% under budget, no lets be honest if something turned up on schedule and only 10% over budget it would be impressive.
