Can any of our american members tell me if there is a definative list of units awarded the Presidential Unit Citation, specifically I'm looking at those awarded to foreign nations, I know of the one awarded to the 1st Bn Glosters, and 170th Independant Mortar Battery, RA, but are there any others awarded, this includes navy and airforce units.

Don't know if this is definitive but there is a list of foreign units awarded the US Presidential Unit Citation at the bottom of this Wikipedia article.

Yeah I'd seen that but I wasn't sure as you say if it was definative I'd of thought there would have been a few more for US Army units during WW2

Oof. You may need to write a letter to Dept of the Army. I am unaware of any such list.

41(Independant) Commando Royal Marines received one for covering the USMC retreat from the Chosin Reservoir in the Korean War.
New Zealand SAS have recently been awarded one for actions in Afghanistan...allegedly.

If you want to see all USMC unit awards, but it does not include foreign nations, then see http://www.usmc.mil/directiv.nsf/f9680e9c347564e3852570b4005a0bf0/c53d73c0f1cff3de8525733f004b1f5e/$FILE/NAVMC%202922.pdf which is current through 2005.
Also ran across the notation that JTF-2 (Canadain Spec Ops Group) was awarded the PUC for ops in Afganistan.
