Pre workout supplements

  1. Was thinking of changing things up and getting a different Pre workout shake to my usual whey.

    Read some good things about NOXPLODE, jack3d and 1MR but also some rumours that these may be illegal.

    Anybody take these?

    Do not accelerate your workout time too rapidly....
  3. Recent studies by doctors show 99% of supplements dont work and are no better than good quality fresh regular food, save your money and buy some fresh veg, eggs , steak and chicken.

  6. That BBC programme said nothing of the sort. It did not try and deny the effectiveness of Caffeine based supplements, Creatine supplements or even the majority of Protein supplementation.

    Some do 'work' and a mutltude of studies have proven them to work - as to the question if they are worth the money for the % effect they give you is another discussion.
  7. Try a couple of pints of Guiness and a bag of chips the night before.
  8. What studies have proven is that fresh natural foods are equally as good if not better for improving health than legal supplements, steroids and other illegal growth promoters and the likes are for fools and insecure freaks.
