I turned up at about 08.15 and pretty much everyone was there so make sure you get there early.
This is what happens when your there.
Assigned a bib that you have to wear the entire time you are there.
Get a mini bus to the town moor and do your 1.5 mile run.
Heaves (under arm grip despite what you may have been told)and jerry can shuffle.
Press ups and sit ups.
Watch the recruitment DVD you were given
Ice breaker then team tasks.

The sit ups are just a best effort same as the push ups but try and get them as close or better than the min requirements, 44 press ups 50 sit ups and over 5 heaves. The 1.5 miler you have to get it under 10 to be in the good books,
The ice breaker has set questions, they include a list you can just answer. Make sure you stand up straight to shift around. The most important questions are where your training will be and what it includes so make sure you are up to speed on that also have a good best memory and most challenging situation. make sure you know what you want out of the army but don't look like a user.
