Pre Deployment leave

#1
Can someone confirm to me that pre deployment leave is 2 weeks and not 1 week.
Does this come off your leave card or not.

Where can I confirm this ie JSP Publication as I may need something to back me up.

As I recall, pre-deployment leave no longer exists. Leave prior to a deployment needs to be taken from an individual's annual entitlement.

No doubt I will be corrected if I'm wrong!! (Must remember to bring my JSPs home with me next weekend).

There is no such thing as pre-deployment leave. It is OC/co auth!
What he said ^^ and it should come off your personal ALA.

Of course Units may give grant days ie freebies, but that is by exception.
