Prac plan 25 days

  1. Right guys i got 25 days to my prac and im starting to get a bit worried about failing. Can some one set me up a training plan. for the next 25 days. Free pint on me if i bump in to you. Cheers guys

    the main thing im struggling with is push ups and long runs.

    Whats the best i can do to train for the steeplchase.

    i been doing as many as i can, 5 mile runs 3 times a week and fartleks other days. should i be running further??
