Rather damning faint praise, Don't you think?
Powell was in the wrong Bush administration if he had been Bush 41's he would have flourised!
Who knows maybe 20 years from now he can pull a Macnamara (sp?) and salvage his legacy
We ran this as a thread when Colin did that "briefing" . Wasn't the concensus then, that from his body language etc , he didn't believe what he was shovelling? I'll have to go back and have a look.
