As above, plus if you are OOA during any holiday entitlement (easter, xmas etc) that gets added as well. However, in citing the above, we have bods on UK backfill who still get their entitlement which includes any training period, which I believe is right at 2.5 days per month, so you can't claim both, if that is what you are trying to do.
Strictly, POTL is just the 1/9 - the rest is your Annual Leave Allowance. You also get any bank holidays worked (i.e. all of them!) when you were in theatre.
For TA, this does make a difference - they are fairly strict about you having your POTL off but you can go back to work for your ALA and in-lieu (with permission of CO RTMC and losing your RA, of course.)
