Possible Venezuelan Civil War on the way?

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Doh!

    You are absolutely correct

It would be Majuro tweeting that Corbyn is on the "right side of history".

How could I have got that so twisted and wrong?

Let us just hope that the coup organiser's have this thing properly planned.

Just remember guys. Things have changed a lot since 1973.

By all means round up the Civil servants, journalists, the academics, and the enablers. Pay close attention to any Warrant Officers in the army reserve who have never deployed - (Top tip.)

Gather them up in the football stadium as is the custom.

Now, what you don't need to do is disappear them.

Tossing them out of helicopters mid ocean is so passe. Times have moved on. Technology is your friend.

Just confiscate their mobile phones and deny them access to the internet. Problem totally solved.

It will potentially save years of leftist moaning and whining as you try and catch up with the leading economy in South America - Chile.

    All the best chaps.

    Play nice.

  3. He probably still is, remember the shite state of the place is all the fault or Thatcher and the US, there is nothing at all to criticise the Venezuelan authorities for. If this was good enough for Cuba it is good enough for Venezuela.

  4. Looks like Maduro's continuing to chop anybody who disagrees or criticises his efforts to become effective dictator.

Attourney General is now banned from leaving the country and may face trial for 'Serious Errors'.

Though considering she criticised attempts to restrict Congress powers the charges are likely a cover.

  5. And would all British military units now have "advisors" from such socialist paradises as China, Belarus andNorth Korea?.
