Poor Jack Is Drinking To Forget Jade

#1
A truly heart wrenching tale of grief and cider. Surely he was drinking when she was still alive to 'forget' what a hideous chav munter she was?

Anyway .......

Jade Goody's widower Jack Tweed admitted he has hit the bottle as he struggles to cope with the death of his wife.

Clutching a bottle of cider, 22-year-old Jack said drinking alcohol made him "forget about everything" and added that he did not like the feeling of being sober.

He said: "I don't really know how I'm bearing up at the moment. I'm drinking quite a lot, which I shouldn't be."

He added: "I shouldn't be saying it but I don't want to lie to anyone and I am drinking quite a lot and I've got to go and see someone or I've got to stop.

"It makes me forget about everything when I have a drink. I don't like the feeling when I'm not drinking.

"It's not a nice feeling because I sit there and think about Jade non-stop."

Jack, who was speaking at the launch of the Nokia Skate Almighty event on London's South Bank, also revealed he's opening his own bar - but vowed to stay off the booze.

"I've just bought a bar so we're just sorting out the contract at the moment now so it should be ready in three of four weeks," he said. "If you drink in your bar it brings trouble. Don't drink where you work - that's the rule."

Jack married reality television star Jade shortly before her death from cancer.

He was freed from prison in May after serving half of a 12-week sentence imposed in April for assaulting a taxi driver.

I know this is the NAAFI, so forgive the serious side to this post, but I was under the impression that, in this country, you cannot apply for/hold a licence to sell alcohol with a criminal record?

Or because he was married to the "peoples big brother "celebrity"" this rule has been put aside.

I would think it would more likely be the opposite. Chav scum with a conviction and hubby of ultimate (but fortunately dead) chav scum, buys a bar and he (or some other plank) applies for a licence. The council will be all too careful to make sure that everything is done correctly and to the letter of the law, as this bar is going to attract some 'interest'.

Of course if we know when the licence has been applied for, we do have 14 days to make our objections known.

or if we miss that, we can always arrange an Arrse crawl to the place
Cider, FFS. Beginner, drinking to forget is not going to be accomplished with cider alone!

was that before or after he slept with a one nighter just to get over her, then proceeded to sell his story to one of those womens mags to actually broadcast it to the world???

He comes across as as unsincere as he's always been, and still cashing in on her name - pffft d list celebs today

Look, give the bloke a break. Remember, he went to bed with Jade Goody and woke up facing her in the morning!

The counseling for that alone is going to take fcuking years.
