Polar Medal

#41
A mate of mine (ex-Signals RTG) has one, he served a rotation with BAS (late 90s-early 00s) looking after gennies and comms.

He actually voluteered to go back, the weird c*nt.

Those who know him, will also know the clever bugger managed to rip his finger off whilst cleaning the chain on his GSXR 750.....

No polar medal though it would seem...

As it's in the gong section of the site, I expect the spotter ninjas to arrive silently and unannounced before telling us what's there and if they're both earned and mounted correctly.

I was more gobsmacked by his headdress, position and style over colour!

Especially when his other beret is of a lighter colour. I’ve met him a couple of times when I was serving at the RSMs Convention before his appointed LE Commission
