Plov From Uzbekistan nomad Pikeys

meat (chicken or Lamb)
Rice
Chicken stock
carrot
onion
garlic

Put some oil in the pan (heat till smoking)
bang in your meat till it goes brown
then add Carrot and Onion (carrot to be cut like thin like matches and onion chopped as normal) cook for another 5-10 minutes on med heat
wash rice for 5 minutes (soak rice) then add to meat and veggies
add stock approx 1pt or a little more (chicken stock)
add garlic cloves (peeled)
cook till stock is absorbed into rice

total cooking time 45-60 mins

best served with soy sauce

all cooked in one tin so washing should be easy
