Got the above and it hurts like a bitch. Doc has said rest and anti inflammatories. He brushed on self physio but shot away before I could ask him if professional physio would help. Has anyone used physio to help them with tendonitis or is it just money for nothing?
Don't know about physio but one thing that IS bliss....fill a small plastic water bottle 2/3 full of water and freeze it. Then when you're sat down watching tv, picking your nose etc roll the frozen bottle backwards and forwards under the arch of your foot for 10 mins! Utter heaven!
