Phase 1 training, what to expect

Sorry if this question has been asked a million times before... I have just applied to join the RA (hopefully 39 regt) and I am just wondering what phase 1 training actually consists of with regards to fitness, such as running distances etc and also the best way to try and physically and mentally prepare myself if I am offered a place on phase 1 training. Im currently running 1.5 miles in about 9m 45s but not being fit enough is a major concern of mine (I feel extremely unfit!)
