  1. Had a look around and couldn't find anything, apologies in advance if this question has already been answered. After you have finished training, if you want to maintain or build a higher level of fitness can you get a PTI do do some personal training with you? Would really appreciate any good answers, thank you.
  2. Don't worry - you'll have plenty of time to develop your phys through routine Sqn / Coy sessions!

    You should also do extra on your own, PTI's are not personal trainers but can give you all the advice and guidance that you need - the rest is down to personal motivaiton!
