If you can't motivate yourself to get fit enough to reach them, then you should rethink your choices.
For clarity, you will run the beep test to level 8.1, do a small assault course and some problem solving.
It is not difficult and if approached with a positive mindset, can be done with minimal effort.
In terms of getting your fitness to this basic level, try to do 20-30mins of aerobic exercise 3-4times a week. Be it running, cycling, swimming or rowing. Throw in a few situps, squats and tricep dips or push-ups (the womans version)
